Privacy policy

This policy covers kalmananalytics.com, the marketing website for Kalman Analytics. It explains what we collect when you visit the site or ask for a signal audit, and what we do with it. Data that customers send through the Kalman product is covered by the customer agreement and the Business Associate Agreement we sign with every customer, not by this page.

What we collect

• What you send us. When you request a signal audit or email us: your name, work email, brand website, ad-spend ranges, telehealth platform and anything you write in the notes.
• Basic server logs. Our web host records standard request details, such as IP address, browser type and the page requested, to keep the site running and secure.

Please don't send us health information about patients through this site. The audit form doesn't need any.

What we don't do

• No advertising pixels, tracking cookies or third-party analytics run on this site.
• We don't sell or rent your information, and we don't share it for others' marketing.

Third parties involved

• Google Fonts serves the site's typefaces, so your browser requests them from Google, which receives your IP address as part of that request.
• Our web host and email provider store and deliver the site and the messages you send us.

How we use it

To reply to you, prepare your audit, follow up about Kalman, and keep the site secure. We keep audit requests and correspondence for up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a customer or ask us to delete them sooner.

Your choices

You can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or tell us to stop contacting you, at any time, by emailing [email protected]. We'll respond within 30 days.

Children

This site is for businesses. It isn't directed to children, and we don't knowingly collect their information.

Changes

If we change this policy, we'll update the date at the top of this page.
